  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil (Toasted)
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch (Mixed with 1 tbsp water)
  • 1 tsp Chinese black vinegar (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil (High smoke point e.g., avocado)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken, prep vegetables, and boil the noodles.
  2. Mix soy sauces, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Sear chicken until golden and remove from wok.
  4. Crisp noodles in a hot wok, then add veggies and sauce.
  5. Return chicken, add vinegar, stir, and serve hot.
