- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil (Toasted)
- 1 tsp Cornstarch (Mixed with 1 tbsp water)
- 1 tsp Chinese black vinegar (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil (High smoke point e.g., avocado)
Instructions
- Slice chicken, prep vegetables, and boil the noodles.
- Mix soy sauces, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Sear chicken until golden and remove from wok.
- Crisp noodles in a hot wok, then add veggies and sauce.
- Return chicken, add vinegar, stir, and serve hot.
