- 1 Lime, freshly squeezed juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, coat with fajita seasoning, and slice the vegetables.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden brown.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, and chopped garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and uncooked pasta. Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar.
- Simmer until pasta is cooked and flavors are well combined.
