  • 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Lime, freshly squeezed juice
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, coat with fajita seasoning, and slice the vegetables.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add sliced peppers, onions, and chopped garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and uncooked pasta. Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar.
  5. Simmer until pasta is cooked and flavors are well combined.
