Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the wholegrain mustard, olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the halved potatoes into the mustard mixture until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the coated potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  • Set the timer for 10 minutes for the initial cooking.
  • After 10 minutes, shake the basket for even heat distribution.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  • Taste the potatoes and season with extra salt if desired.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure potatoes are cut into even sizes for uniform cooking. You can add herbs like rosemary or thyme to enhance the flavor. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for perfect crispiness.
