Ingredients
  

Truffle Base

  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped Sweet aroma and tender texture.
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped For richness and contrast.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Binds ingredients together.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances overall flavor.

Coating

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted For coating the truffles.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios For a crunchy outer layer.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a food processor, combine the chopped apricots and pistachios. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and ground cardamom. Pulse until the mixture forms a gooey paste.
  • Roll small amounts of the mixture into balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Roll each chocolate-covered truffle in the chopped pistachios.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the chocolate to set.

Notes

Serve chilled, as they are best enjoyed after refrigerating. Pair with tea or coffee for an elegant treat.
