Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a solid crust and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the crust to cool completely.

Making the Filling

  • Use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until well incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.

Assembly

  • Pour the cream cheese filling over the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least four hours or overnight.

Preparing the Strawberries

  • Toss the hulled and sliced strawberries with granulated sugar in a small bowl and let sit for at least 15 minutes to macerate.

Finishing Touch

  • Remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator and top with the macerated strawberries and sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over it.

Notes

Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for easier mixing. For best results, let the cheesecake set overnight. Top with chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
