For the Sauce

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz) Forms the base of the Alfredo sauce.
  • 1 cup milk Rich and velvety.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds richness to the sauce.

For the Pasta

  • 1 pound penne pasta Ideal for holding the sauce.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Season the sliced steak and shrimp with the mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill or sauté the seasoned steak until it reaches desired doneness.
  • Add the shrimp to the same pan and sauté until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Heat on low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, whisking until the sauce thickens.
  • Once your sauce is thickened, add the cooked steak and shrimp, tossing them in the sauce.
  • Fold in the cooked penne pasta until each piece is coated.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, garnishing with extra Parmesan if desired.
