  • 1 cup peanuts Roasted and slightly salty for crunch.
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Smooth, creamy, and warm for luscious sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Rich and melty, complementing the caramel.
  • 2 tbsp butter Buttery base for melting the caramel.
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.

Preparation

  • Place a small saucepan over low heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter, melting it slowly.
  • Gently pour in 1/2 cup of caramel sauce and stir until well combined.
  • Add 1 cup of peanuts and stir to ensure every peanut is coated in the caramel mixture.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper.
  • In a separate bowl, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips until smooth.
  • After the peanut clusters have cooled for about 15 minutes, drizzle the melted chocolate over each treat.
  • Let the treats cool completely until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Always keep the heat low when melting butter and caramel to avoid burning. Allow treats to cool completely for the best texture.
