Preparation

  • Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet, cooking for about 3 minutes until browned.
  • Transfer the cooked broccoli, cauliflower, and sausage mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup of shredded cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated and creamy.
