  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Melty and gooey.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the French bread in half lengthwise to reveal the fluffy center.
  • In a bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves of the sliced bread.
  • Top each buttered half generously with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top.
  • Slice into pieces and serve immediately.
