Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 8 oz raw shrimp, no tails Sweet and succulent for stuffing.
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic Aromatic star of the filling.
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise Creamy binding agent.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds sharpness and depth of flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Brings the dish together with melted perfection.

For the salmon

  • 2 pieces 8 oz salmon fillets Fresh and fatty for richness.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Light and flavorful base.
  • 1 tsp salt Essential seasoning.
  • 1/2 tsp pepper For a hint of spice.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Add the shrimp and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese with the shrimp mixture.

Assembly

  • Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Generously stuff the fillets with the shrimp and cheese mixture, reserving some for topping.
  • Season each fillet with salt and pepper.

Baking

  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top each fillet with the reserved shrimp and cheese mixture.
  • Broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding freshly chopped herbs like parsley or dill. Substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Grate your own Parmesan cheese for better flavor.
