  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares or rectangles.
  • Score a border about 1/2 inch from the edge of each square.

Filling

  • In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the center of each pastry square.
  • Top each pastry with cherry pie filling, placing a few cherries right in the center.

Baking

  • Brush the edges of the puff pastry with an egg wash.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
