Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, steamed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a quicker preparation, use leftover rotisserie chicken and pre-cooked pasta. Ensure your pasta is well-drained to avoid excess moisture. Consider making your Alfredo sauce from scratch for vibrant flavors.
