  • Gradually incorporate the heat-treated flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into small balls, roughly 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the cookie dough balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.

Preparation of Brownie Batter

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the mix instructions or your own recipe.
  • Spread a small amount of brownie batter at the bottom of the prepared pan.

Assembly and Baking

  • Place a frozen cookie dough ball in the center of each brownie bomb.
