Preparation of Fries

  • If making homemade French fries, follow your favorite recipe to achieve a crispy exterior and fluffy interior. For frozen fries, bake or fry at 300°F until just cooked, then increase the heat to 400°F and fry until crispy and golden brown.

Cooking Cheese and Gravy

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Arrange the cooked fries on a baking sheet, sprinkle the cheese curds on top, and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Prepare the gravy, either homemade or from a packet, following the package’s instructions.
