Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the crumbled feta cheese.
  • Add the chopped dried cranberries, honey, and fresh parsley. Stir well until evenly blended.
  • Season the mixture with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture across each tortilla.
  • Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla to form a log shape.
  • Slice the rolled pinwheels into 1-inch rounds and arrange them on a serving platter.
  • If possible, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For a healthier option, swap regular cream cheese for low-fat or plant-based cream cheese and use whole wheat tortillas for added fiber. Allow the pinwheels to chill in the fridge for better structure.
