Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in the skillet.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  • Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into four bite-sized pieces.
  • Dip each piece into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.

Cooking

  • Place each coated piece in the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden-brown and crispy.
  • Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of butter over the cooked bites and toss gently to coat.
  • Transfer the bites to a plate and drizzle with maple syrup.
