  • In a third bowl, combine the shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with the coconut-breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Carefully add the chicken tenders to the hot oil.
  • Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
