Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Mixture

  • 1 cup strong coffee, cooled Brewed and cooled to enhance flavor.
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche Rich and creamy for sweetness.

For the Mascarpone Mixture

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese Must be at room temperature.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped to stiff peaks.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds warmth to the flavor.

For Assembly and Garnish

  • 1 package ladyfingers Light and airy sponge for texture.
  • to taste none cocoa powder for dusting Balances sweetness with bitterness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine cooled strong coffee with dulce de leche in a mixing bowl, stirring gently.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until it reaches stiff peaks.

Assembly

  • Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee-dulce de leche mixture, ensuring they do not become soggy.
  • Layer dipped ladyfingers in a rectangular dish or individual serving glasses.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chilling

  • Cover and chill the assembled tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, overnight for best results.
  • Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

For a lighter dessert, consider using reduced-fat mascarpone or Greek yogurt. Avoid over-soaking ladyfingers for the best texture.
