Filling

  • While the crusts are cooling, prepare the cream cheese filling. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Once the crusts have cooled, spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each tartlet, ensuring it fills the crusts completely.

Topping
