  • Brush the lemon-butter mixture generously over the fillets.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper evenly over both sides of the fillets.

Cooking

  • Bake the cod for 12-15 minutes until it turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley over the cooked cod before serving.

Notes

For an elevated flavor, add fresh lemon juice or a pinch of paprika before serving. Grilling the cod can introduce a smokier flavor.
