Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped spinach and sauté until wilted (2-3 minutes).

  • Stir in the sautéed spinach to form the filling.
  • Pour filling into the prepared pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding onions or herbs during sautéing. You can use Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
