Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 2 breasts chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For the ramen

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 stalks green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Marinating Chicken

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 6-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Adding Flavors

  • Stir in minced garlic and paprika. Sauté for about 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a rolling boil.

Cooking Noodles

  • Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3-5 minutes, until tender.

Finishing the Dish

  • Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for around 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Ladle ramen into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

For adjustments, add more chili sauce or red pepper flakes for extra heat. Substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt and milk for a lighter version. Experiment with different broths if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
