  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 12 squares milk chocolate

For the Batter

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • Oil for frying Ensure the oil is heated to 350°F (175°C)

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press a square of milk chocolate into each marshmallow and roll in graham cracker crumbs until coated.

Batter Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, mix pancake mix, flour, and water until smooth, ensuring no lumps.
  • Dip each coated marshmallow into the batter, covering completely.

Frying

  • Carefully place battered marshmallows in hot oil, frying for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
