Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine the frozen dragon fruit and frozen pineapple in a high-speed blender.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and coconut cream, followed by the ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk.
  • Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh pineapple and dragon fruit slices.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
