Instructions

Preparation

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 1 oz of heavy cream, 4 oz of fresh pineapple juice, and 1/2 cup of crushed ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds, ensuring all flavors are well combined.
  • After shaking, remove the lid and add a few drops of gel food coloring to the shaker. Replace the lid and shake again until the colors are thoroughly mixed.
  • Prepare the cereal milk foam by heating 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Once warmed, add a handful of Fruit Loops cereal and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, then strain out the cereal.
  • Foam the cereal milk with a hand mixer or frother until it reaches a light, airy consistency.

Assembly

  • Pour the colorful cocktail mixture into a glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
  • Spoon the cereal milk foam on top.
  • Garnish with more Fruit Loops cereal.

Notes

Chill your rum and other liquids beforehand for an extra refreshing sip. Experiment with gel food colors for a custom look. Consider adding vanilla extract for the foam. For non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coconut soda.
