  • 4 pieces lobster tails (fresh or frozen) Ensure thawed if frozen.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper

Garnish and Serving

  • Fresh chopped parsley For garnish.
  • Lemon wedges For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat.
  • Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and rest it on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Cooking

  • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until lobster meat is opaque and firm.
  • Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the lobster meat.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, start with fresh lobster. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. Consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for spice or lemon zest for extra flavor.
