For the Steak

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized cubes Opt for tender cuts that promise melt-in-your-mouth quality.
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Rich and creamy, it serves as the savory base of your garlic infusion.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Pungent and aromatic, garlic elevates the dish.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Adds a burst of color and freshness.

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta shells Plump and perfect for holding onto that creamy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Another layer of richness for the pasta.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Creates a luxurious, velvety texture in the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Essential for that creamy finish.
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth Infuses the sauce with savory goodness.

Instructions

Preparing Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  • Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
  • Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, searing for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Lower the heat, add the remaining tablespoon of butter, and stir until melted. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Preparing the Creamy Parmesan Pasta Shells

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and reserve a splash of pasta water.
  • In a separate skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently until blended.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine the cooked pasta shells with the creamy sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with the garlic butter steak bites.

Notes

For the best results, avoid overcooking the steak and ensure the pasta is cooked al dente. You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
