  • 2 pieces boneless ribeye steaks A marbled cut that melts in your mouth.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.

For the noodles and sauce

  • 8 oz egg noodles Soak up the sauce.
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter Forms the base of the sauce.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Additional layer of flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes Optional for heat.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup beef broth Keeps everything juicy.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • Grated Parmesan Optional for indulgence.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sliced ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and dried rosemary.
  • Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes until rich and browned. Remove from skillet and set aside to keep warm.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for approximately one minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in optional crushed red pepper flakes, followed by soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked noodles in the garlic butter sauce in the skillet until evenly coated. Fold in the cooked steak slices and mix thoroughly.

Finishing Touch

  • Sprinkle the dish with fresh chopped parsley and, if desired, a generous grating of Parmesan. Serve hot.

Notes

Allow the steak to rest after cooking to retain juices. Optional oyster sauce adds depth but can be omitted. Add vegetables like spinach or sautéed bell peppers for extra nutrition.
