Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onions over medium heat until the beef is browned, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and remove from heat. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  • Once cooled, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit slightly, and place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each.
  • Pinch the dough around the filling to enclose it, forming a ball.

Baking

  • Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush generously over the tops of the balls.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Consider adding red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, or prepare the beef mixture ahead of time. These bombs can be paired with various dipping sauces.
