Preparation

Filling

  • Using the back of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  • In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce, stirring until blended.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the warm cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.

Topping

  • Allow the cake to cool completely at room temperature.
  • Spread chocolate frosting over the top, followed by caramel frosting.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
