For the Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Provides creaminess.
  • 1/2 whole cucumber, diced Refreshing and crisp.

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds acidity.

Instructions
 

Preparing the Meatballs

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix well.
  • Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Preparing the Tzatziki Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk until smooth, adjusting seasoning to taste.

Serving

Notes
