Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of each cupcake liner.

Baking the crust

  • Bake the crusts in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.

Cheesecake filling

  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Baking

Topping
