Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper to allow for easy removal.
  • Microwave the cream cheese for about 15 seconds to soften.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the granulated sugar to the cream cheese and beat until fluffy.
  • Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan, tapping it down to release air bubbles.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is deep brown and slightly puffed.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for around 2 hours.
  • Slice and serve at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator.

Notes
