Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted unsalted butter. Stir until well combined.
  • Press this crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of each muffin cup.

Baking the Crust

  • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Making the Filling

  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
