Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Finishing Touches

  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the croissant dough and gently separate the triangles.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoni in the center of each triangle.
  • Roll up the croissants starting from the wide end toward the point, ensuring the filling is wrapped snugly inside.
  • Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with some space in between each roll.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle some Italian seasoning for extra flavor.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  • Let the croissant rolls cool for about a minute on a wire rack before serving.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can prep these rolls ahead of time. Assemble them and refrigerate until you're ready to bake.
