Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • In another bowl, combine whole milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and gently stir to combine, then fold in diced peaches.

Baking the Donuts

  • Fill each donut mold about 3/4 full with the batter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes.

Preparing the Cheesecake Filling

  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Making the Peach Topping
