Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits

  • 4 medium Peaches, ripe but firm, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries, rinsed until they shine
  • 1 cup Red Grapes, rinsed and halved for easy bites
  • 1 cup Pineapple, fresh chunks cut from a whole pineapple sweet and tangy

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice for both dressing and to prevent browning
  • 2 tbsp Honey a touch of sweetness to elevate the flavor
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract adding depth of flavor to the peaches
  • 1 pinch Salt enhancing all the natural fruit flavors

Garnishes

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, torn into smaller pieces for a refreshing touch
  • to taste Sliced Almonds for added crunch (optional)
  • to taste Toasted Coconut Flakes for a tropical twist (optional)
  • to taste Chopped Fresh Basil for a unique herbaceous kick (optional)
  • to taste Orange Zest for that citrusy zing (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash, dry, and cut the peaches into wedges.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the peaches to prevent browning.
  • Slice strawberries, rinse blueberries, and chop pineapple.

Assembly

  • Whisk together honey, lime juice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Gently toss the fruits with the dressing until they’re evenly coated.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Use frozen fruits only if necessary, but thaw completely before assembling.
