  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits soft, fluffy, and perfect for wrapping around cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted adds richness and helps achieve golden color
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced infuses flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano adds earthy flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder enhances the flavor profile
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese responsible for that melty center
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese brings nutty, salty flavor
  • to taste salt and pepper essential seasonings
  • to taste fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and gently separate each biscuit.
  • Flatten each biscuit slightly to create a base for the filling.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Assembly

  • Place a generous spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the biscuit around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Arrange the biscuit balls in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes or swap mozzarella for your favorite cheese blend. These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, or can be frozen before baking.
