  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Offers a subtle warmth.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Remove cream cheese from fridge and let it come to room temperature.
  • Drain pimentos and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Grate the sharp and extra sharp cheddar cheeses using a box grater.
  • Pulse the grated cheeses in a food processor until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs.
  • Pour in the mayonnaise while mixing until creamy but not runny.
  • Fold in pimentos and seasonings using a spatula.

Notes

Serve with veggies, crackers, or as a sandwich spread. Keep stored in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for longer storage.
