Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package instructions, adding the drained crushed pineapple.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.

Making the Topping

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

Assembly

Notes
