Preparation

  • Line a 9-inch pie pan with the pie crust, pressing gently into the edges.
  • In a skillet set over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Break it up into crumbles, allowing it to brown evenly.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is tender, typically around 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until smooth.
  • Stir in the melted butter, ketchup, and mustard until well blended.
  • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into the pie crust.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the beef.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and beef, ensuring everything is coated.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Notes
