Ingredients
  

For the Brownies

  • 1 box One box of brownie mix Rich, chocolatey, and fudgy.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Creamy and luscious, forming the base.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup water Helps bring the brownie batter together.
  • 1 large 1 egg Binding the ingredients for moistness.

For the Cheesecake Layer

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup pistachio butter or ground pistachios Offering nutty flavor and creamy texture.
  • 8 oz 8 oz cream cheese, softened Providing a silky foundation.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup powdered sugar Sweetening the cream cheese.
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Adding warmth to the cheesecake.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup chopped pistachios for topping Adding crunch and color.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix with melted butter, water, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, pistachio butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  • Spoon the pistachio cheesecake mixture onto the brownie layer and swirl together with a knife or toothpick.
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into pieces.

Notes

For serving, consider dusting with powdered sugar or serving with vanilla ice cream. Ensure not to overmix batters and let cream cheese soften adequately.
