Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place small mounds of shredded cheese evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten each cheese mound slightly to form discs.
  • Place a slice of pepperoni on top of each cheese mound.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the edges are crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara or a zesty dipping sauce. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for even cooking.
