Preparation

  • Pour the batter into a 9×13-inch pan and bake until perfectly moist.

Cheesecake Layer

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until silky smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well to incorporate.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.

Layering
