Dressing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the sliced cucumber.
  • Scatter halved cherry tomatoes over the salad.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and scatter over the salad.
  • Sprinkle in the shredded carrots.
  • Crumble feta cheese over the top.
  • Add the sunflower seeds.

Dressing

  • Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.
