Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet heated over medium, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon a generous amount of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up the dough from the wide end.
  • Place the rolled crescents on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the filling is hot.
  • Allow the crescents to cool slightly before serving warm.
