  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Aromatic and full of character
  • 1 cup heavy cream Rich and velvety
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sharp and nutty
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Golden and fragrant

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach, stirring gently until the spinach wilts.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the cooked pasta and chicken into the skillet, ensuring everything is well coated.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
