Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the strawberry pie filling.
  • Sprinkle the dry white cake mix over the cream cheese layer evenly.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes or until the top is golden and the cake is set.
  • Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes and dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to the cake mix before baking. Use softened cream cheese for a smooth blend. Fresh strawberries can be added on top for decoration.
