Preparation

  • In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Assembly

  • Once taco shells are cool, fill each shell with a dollop of the cheesecake filling and smooth it out.
  • Sprinkle the crunchy strawberry mixture over the cheesecake filling.
  • Top with diced fresh strawberries and optional chocolate chips.
