Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of serving cups or jars and press it down gently to form a crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the serving cups over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  • Top each cheesecake cup with chopped fresh strawberries and garnish with extra Oreo cookies.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to firm up.

Notes

For a richer experience, use double-stuffed Oreos. You can also experiment with other fruit toppings like blueberries or raspberries. Prepare the filling a day in advance for quick assembly.
